As the founder of The Outreach Collective, she has built the Global South’s first professional development association for K-12 and Higher Education professionals.

Sudarshana Shukla brings over two decades of experience as a leading college guidance counselor, having served at the Cathedral and John Connon School, Mumbai, since 2002. As Head of the Learning Resource Centre and an advocate for inclusive education, she has supported thousands of students in securing placements at top universities across the globe.
She currently serves on the Admissions Practices Committee of IACAC and is a Board Member of the University of Toronto’s International Counsellor Advisory Board. A recipient of the IC3 Molly Abraham Lifetime Achievement Award, Sudarshana is widely recognized for her deep expertise, mentorship, and unwavering dedication to student success.
Krithika Balaji is an educator with over six years of experience, specializing in personalized career education. She holds a degree in Business Studies with a minor in Psychology from Symbiosis School for Liberal Arts, where she also established the Career Cell and International Office.
Her initiatives have impacted more than 15,000 students and 200 educators across 50+ schools. With expertise in training, curriculum development, and inclusive guidance practices, Krithika is committed to making career education more accessible, relevant, and impactful for learners across diverse contexts.
Sara Segar is a longtime high school teacher and founder of Experiential Learning Depot, where she helps educators implement student-led, real-world learning. Her approach is rooted in almost 16+ years of classroom experience using project-based and experiential methods to inspire curiosity, independence, and authentic skill-building.
Yein Oh is a dedicated university counsellor at Utahloy International School Guangzhou, supporting students through admissions to 15+ countries with certifications from the IB, THE, UCSD, and British Council. Combining psychological theory with practical counselling, she has published 50+ articles for Times Higher Education and delivered 15+ talks at 8 international conferences, addressing student mental health, cognitive psychology in admissions, and cross-cultural advising.
Drawing from her lived experience across five countries, Yein brings intercultural competence to her work with international students. She is passionate about equitable access, serving on IC3’s Inclusion Committee and as a pro bono advisor for Second Chance. Currently, she mentors new counsellors through International ACAC and serves on advisory boards for Meto and the University of Calgary.
Her contributions to the field have been recognized as a two-time finalist (2024 & 2025) for THE Global Counsellor Awards’ Rising Star of the Year.
